Zhejiang Pukai New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in November 2017. It is a joint venture established by a national well-known industry brand manufacturer: Zhejiang Wankai New Materials Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Putian Times Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sichuan Yibin Push Group, were established as a joint venture to strategically deploy the packaging market in East China.
